Akort+ — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 August 2026

Akort+ collects no data. It asks for no account, does not identify you, and sends nothing from your device.

Microphone

Akort+ listens to the microphone in order to measure the frequency of the note you play. That audio is:

  • processed only in memory on your device, moment to moment;
  • never recorded to a file;
  • never transmitted to any server;
  • gone the instant you close the app.

All analysis happens on your device. The app needs no internet connection to work.

What is not collected

Akort+ collects none of the following: name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, device identifier, advertising identifier, usage analytics, crash reports.

Third parties

The app contains no analytics tools, no ad networks, and no third-party SDKs. Nothing is shared with anyone, because nothing is collected.

Your settings

Your tuning mode, note naming, reference pitch and in-tune range preferences are stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.

Children

Akort+ is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, children included.
